Everything starts as homebrew. I don't think all of it still is, now that WotC have picked it up.

I'm not really sure if the "Lingering Soul"-Class would count as offical content atm. And just as the guy above said: It's homebrew first, and if WotC like it, they may make it offical at some point, but everything Matt does is homebrew at first, as he's not a member of WotC.
