Benty is wrong here. Kane is a better ST. With Mbappe, I think he’s more suited on the left of the attack. This is when he can make his runs or takes his full back on either skill and go by. Whenever I see him play as a ST, he gets muscled out. It’s not a surprise he was poor against Barca in the 2 legs when he was the main man and Dembele and Barcola were on the wings. He didn’t know what to do. Another example is WC 2018, albeit he was very young but this is when he was still hyped. He started ST in the first 2 group games against Australia and another country and was struggling heavy, that’s when Deschamps changed the system and put Giroud up top and Mbappe on the right, low and behold Mbappe improved and they won the WC. It’s going to be interesting to see how Mbappe can perform at Madrid when he’s a ST, with Vini and Rodrygo on the wings. His best goals have come from the left hand side.

Kane is a very good player but I wouldn’t pay a penny to go watch him but I would clean out my wallet to watch Mbappe. Mbappe can play as a 9 but that doesn't mean he's a 9. It's the same with Kane has good passing and excellent when dropping back to midfield but that doesn't mean Kane is an attacking midfielder. If anything, Mbappe resembles more like Henry.

Top strikers you can't not pick 1 of the liverpool strikers. Fowler, Owen, Torres, Suarez (easily no.1), SalahManeFirmino as a 3 would be the best possible top 3 pick. Personally I can't look past fowler and suarez. People seem to pass alot of liverpool players in the top players. Hyppia and Henchoz has to be considered top 3 defensive partnerships aswell.

Typical English bias. Few days ago, the guy on the right was questioning Klopp's legacy because he didn't win "enough". So by that token, Kane isn't even in the conversation to be up there? Personally, I think he's up there with the very best, but what he lacks, is what Mbappe, Henry or Messi have - having that charisma and attraction of the neutrals. Every neutral would watch those three play because of the joy and excitement they bring. Kane, whilst an amazing player, is a prolific goalscorer and that's about it. Same reason, why Shearer, despite his numbers exceeding Henry's, Henry is considered one of the best ever.

Messi is 0.86 whole Cristiano is 1.04 he has more goals than games so if Cristiano played the same amount of games as Messi who played 200 games more he would outsscore him by a margin.
