@@sususegar Jose acts like a very different person when he's a manager compared to when he is not in the dugout. He's much more likeable when he works on TV compared to when he's managing.

Say what you want about Mourinho, but he genuinely cares for his players. Ruthless in terms of what he wants on the pitch and I think he's found it difficult to relate to this generation, but he cares.

Eriksen is very admirative of mourinho. The 2 had a good connection. Remember in the documentary when they were in the cafeteria watching a lampard press conference and Eriksen said to jose " How good was lampard to you?" And Jose almost as a father advising his son said " Top player. When it came to professionalism in football he is the best one I have ever seen" And Eriksen just kind of nodded to jose in admiration

Nod of admiration of Mourinho? I guess you saw what you wanted to see. He couldn't have gotten away from Mourinho quick enough. Eriksen's face dropped when Jose was appointed. He saw what a disaster was coming through the door. 😂😂😂😂😂 On a serious note though, glad Eriksen's OK.

Thank god hes recovering. I cried and prayed so hard for him and his family. I lost my son in law in january. He was watching man united with his son who is 11 and had a cardiac arrest. I had to do cpr for 20 minutes but to no avail. My wee grandson was watching the match last night. He was affected greatly by it but he was so happy Christian stabilised. He asked me why his daddy couldn't be saved. I told him theres no answer to that but god wanted his daddy in heaven. We will keep the family in our thoughts and prayers ❤❤❤

I was totally neutral when it comes to Denmark vs Finland and yet I prayed and cried like a baby when Eriksen was being resuscitated. I was so happy to know he's recovering and is stable.

@@louiswalsh70 but honestly football in 90s are way worse than today, today football scraps creativity in favour of consistency and fitness and slow players like Toni or inzaghi would never make it nowadays. Bet that 1999 ac milan would lose badly against man city today, guaranteed. The tactical evolution past 10 years are insane already, comparing old 90s and today football is like comparing old 90s freezer to the newer all in one 2021 freezer, players are required to Excell in everything from speed, fitness, commitment, dribbling and positional awareness. Thats why certain specific dying breed like classic no 10 (ozil, requelme) or pure target man (Toni, inzaghi) will not be able to push through elite teams.

Well said Jose.Though shocking to watch we can at least see the miracle that was before us. Christian was in the right place at the right time. Had this happened at a place where he was on his own who would have noticed and responded that quickly. People knock that it was captured on live broadcast but what a lesson to teach us if we see that happen in front of us. It should inspire us to act likewise to save a life.

I read that one of the first things Eriksen said after coming back to life was “Damn, I’m only 29 years old” 😢 Thankfully he’s alright. They put some heart-thing into his body now which will save him if this happens again.

Of course we all are in shock when this happens. But I am not surprised cuz nowadays the football is so demanding I guess professional sports in general is hugh thing you need to be fit physically and mentaly stable and sometimes you crossing a line that the heart can’t follow anymore. For my heart attacks can happen when the Adrenalin is ridiculously high and the pressure extremely and the conditions to do sports is also a thing🤯🥵

Scary scary half an hour! we were in the fan zone at St Petersburg and it was full to its corners because Russia was about to play later in the evening! If you have ever gone to a football fanzone you would know they are more like open air concerts where music, celebration never stop! But when Eriksen collapsed everything changed! Thank God hes doing well because the images we saw live (which we shouldnt have seen) will live with us for a long time!

Jose has mellowed down and become a better human being but the way he loses the plot and turns ugly is a recurring feature of his career recently. Its almost like he traded his ruthlessness for a better public image but he always ends up unravelling and showing his true colors. The pictures are provided through UEFA, so in fairness, neither the BBC nor the Danish broadcasters were to blame. He survived the situation and that is really all that matters.

Remember when Mourinho sacked his top doctor for treating and injured player too quickly? Football absolutely has to stamp out the feigning injury before another player dies. We are very lucky for the quick thinking of players around Eriksen that recognised the danger.

@@dalkeiththomas9352 Just hoping that the penny will drop with some people who read it. It's been said before, believers have to accept that either god is not all loving or not all powerful because being both makes no sense. In this case by thanking god they're suggesting that god isn't all powerful and was taken by surprise like the rest of us when he collapsed or isn't all loving because he stopped his heart only to let him live just because he can and has nothing better to do.

@@a-walgames1350 They never think about it logically like that. They also never question why God doesn't save all the people who die despite others praying for them. Presumably he only cares occasionally.
