What I thought was VERY telling was when Bellingham thought he was being subbed off and instantly he KNEW they got it wrong and it wasn’t him. It’s almost like Bellingham, Kane and Foden have all been told that they WON’T be subbed off during 90 mins of play. The way Bellingham just flat out refused to believe he was being subbed, in fact he didn’t even look over at the subs board because he knew it weren’t him.. That’s worrying, then 3 seem to have a free pass. It’s almost like they can play as bad as they want and they know they’re not being substituted, it’s awful. Southgate doesn’t seem to have the bottle to drop his key players when they’re underperforming.

There have been great moments, and the best one was Euro 96 semifinal, now we have reached 3, in four tourn. The players love the manager, the tactics are fluid...
