Bellingham is a great player who can only become better! He didn’t have the best of a tournament but that’s a lot to do with the tactics and the lack of running around him. And despite all that, he still scored and made assists, England should be thankful to have such a gem of a player who will only be making England better, bashing him is just pathetic!

Played through pain in wrong positions with poor tactics from Gareth give him a break. He gave everything not his best but 2 goals, an assist in the final and two MOTM awards can’t be denied.

Bellingham is 21 years old, sure he wasn't very good in this tournament (though he did rescue England in the last 16) but there will be plenty more tournaments where that came from and I'm sure he will come good in at least a couple of them so people need to stop levelling all their frustrations at him, Foden too actually. If England are really desperate for a scapegoat now that Southgate has resigned then Harry Kane should be getting the most criticism, he's the captain and has plenty of tournament experience and yet at no point did he step up for the team or even admit that he was clearly unfit and give up his starting spot.

The answer is simple . I have seen him playing the last few games of the UCL with Real Madrid and all England games . A few nice touches , an important goal . Not much more . In Madrid , most of his goals and best performances were before Xmas . After that , not that much . The suggestion that he could get the ballon D’Or is ridiculous . Talented but not so impressive .

Wow. So Gareth Southgate can admit, admit, he brought an unfit striker after losing the final and every video is about Jude Bellingham. For every one video of Kane, there are ten of Jude. I've seen none of Foden. This is scapegoating 101. And the public falls for it every time. I remember when Gundogan blasted the barca dressing room for not being upset enough after a loss. But Jude is getting flack and being called arrogant for being frustrated at England and their loss in the final. England doesn't seem to want winners in their team.

Jude has been unduly criticised despite saving the nation and opening the scoring. He was never the worst player on the pitch in an England shirt. The criticism of his performance and character suggests ulterior motives that lie outside of football. Countless times players like Gerard, Lampard, Rooney, Beckham, Owen, Foden, Kane and Grealish have had far worse games and tournaments than Bellingham had and they faced far less criticism and it was never directed at their character and professionalism. For some reason there are always criticisms that lie off field when it is Bellingham, Stirling, Saka etc

With all due respect, Bellingham was the best of a disappointing bunch. And that isnt saying much. That england MF was dominated by Spain. Rice, Mainoo, Bellingham, Saka, Foden - totally outclassed. Unconcious racial bias is not supported. Harry kane has been absolutely speared by everyone. Foden has been speared by everyone. Jude brought in the heat because of his attitude (or how it is perceived). Racism as a default position seems to hold no real evidence.

Pretty sure there are two types of haters here - Barca camp and jealous folks. Race can be a factor but people like Bellingham can slowly defeat that side of the society too. I mean Saka's incident was not like 25 yrs ago. Power to Bellingham. Just keep improving buddy. Bellingham reminds me of Pogba (as a player, not a personality), and Bellingham in the England team reminds me of Pogba in the Man Utd team in that you could play him as a 6 where he can drive forward with the ball and has the play in front of him (but you lose a bit of defensive protection) or you play him as a 10 but as a result would have to leave another creative/attacking player like Foden out of the team.

Kane played in position scored 3 goals, none of which were good goal. Bellingham played out of position and and stopped us going out. This is nothing to do with race. What happened to Saka wasnt actually anything to do with Saka or his. People give Bellingham a pass but won't spare Foden even though both effectively suffered from the same reasons.
