I'm not going to hate because I wish our other HBCU band programs would be as successful as DEGA, and I know they will clean up in areas that that's in need. Good job DEGA.

CONGRATULATIONS ON HAVING THE BEST PRECISION DRILLS IN THE BOTB THIS YEAR. HANDS DOWN! THAT WAS SIMPLY AWESOME! I wish everyone could appreciate the effort it takes to perform precision drills while playing an instrument. It's definitely very difficult. It's not all about who can shake their butts the best. Anybody can do that! I really enjoyed your halftime performance! 🔥🎵🎶🎼🎷🎺📯🥁✔💯

Thursday night band practice need to go till midnight if those lines keep looking like that or get those non-marching a$$ people off the field... Mucking up the lines.

This aint hate, only constructive criticism. That precision drill was atrocious. personally I haven't seen Dega do a quality drill since their program started.

Good to see my HBCU bands striving for excellence. But to be honest this one isn't quite ready for the field as they are in the stands. Glad youtube allows me to scroll through this confusion.

Idk what’s wrong with y’all ppl these days . Like dega sound so much better this season. Congrats on that but on another hand dega fans etc u can’t get mad when ppl say they look like southern.. I mean I’ll take that as a compliment. Being that y’all director is a juke alumni and was taught by the greats at southern of course he will bring what he learn and but his spin on it. Sorry not sorry but it will always be this statement unless he leaves tc , which he won’t . Anyway again y’all sound good this season keep it up

So since they dont have a football team is this there first and last field show for the year? If so why would you join this band if you only perform a few times a year?

Randy Watson Talladega does many field shows even for NFL football games EVERY YEAR and they won’t stop doing them. Just because they don’t have a football team doesn’t mean they can’t perform like the rest of these bands. Talladega school itself has the funds for their band travel any & everywhere every weekend. Their schedule is always busy. These kids do not only perform “a few times a year” they have a busy schedule every weekend. Please get educated on this band if you know nothing about them.

Sound good but they can't do drills and march. Tuba player started playing before the rest of the band. The lines were not not tight. I'm seems as if some of the bigger band members legs don't do 8 count steps

All these band directors on the staff and they still CANNOT put together a coherent field show. The entire 2nd half felt like they were calling stuff on the field. Lines look like TRASH, but I will say they do sound a BIT better than previous years.

I use to like them but there’s no progress in sound quality or field shows. I like the drum majors. IDK maybe it’s just this performance or the acoustics

It’s most definitely the acoustics. They should’ve had this particular battle outside. That stadium had major sound issues

Carson Relf not at all they just need a lot more practice on there field show the sound has always been there but I think when it comes to the field show more work needs to be done I’m not hating every year I see them getting better 👍🏾👍🏾

I just don't understand why these kids wanna go to a school that has no games! That was the best part of band. They sound and look great as well but they need to be their own band and stop copying SU, DMs look like JSU and girls look like ASU lol

They don't, so if their budget permits, they can phone SU, TxSU, Famu, Tennessee state, Alcorn, Bathune, Jsu and ask which of the opponent's band will be absent from the upcoming game and offer to attend that week. This way they'll be up against a formidable band every week. I bet Talladega can hold their own every single week.
