Hello Everybody,
Welcome to ASMR with Anna. I'm so excited to share my third ASMR video with you all! It's part of a series of fantasy role-play videos called Kellswake: The Land Between Dreams and Wake. Puxie the Elf was the first character that appeared in the Kellswake universe, and Feldon the Farrier, who moonlights as a blacksmith, was the second. I've linked both of those videos down below if you'd like to check them out.
I'd like to introduce you to Tallie in this video. She owns a bakery with her sister Mag, where you'll be visiting her today. She's made all kinds of goodies, and as the day draws to an end and business just hasn't pick up, she is eager to share her delectable delicacies. She's a caring soul with a love of friends and life in Northbriar. She's so excited to meet you and share her food!
I have so much in common with Tallie. This has been such a special video for me because I was able to combine my love of fantasy with my love of baking! The ASMR element was a challenge, but I've always enjoyed the sounds of the kitchen so I hope there are some ASMR triggers you enjoy in here.

There are a few characters in the Kellswake universe I still haven't shared with you, and I am really excited to introduce all of them! There is an Oracle (who may have briefly appeared in my last ASMR video), a Ranger, and a Crone. I love each and every one of them, and I hope you do too!
Just a little bit of background about me:
I started watching ASMR videos years ago when I was suffering from severe anxiety. I credit the creators of those ASMR videos with helping me calm my anxiety, and I have wanted to give something back ever since. I couldn't figure out how to create these kinds of relaxing videos in a way that felt authentic to me, until I realized I could combine my love of ASMR with my love of storytelling. Thus, Kellswake was born, and eventually ASMR with Anna. I have written the First Season of Kellswake, and have absolutely adored every moment of it! I wanted to create a place where self-empowerment and relaxation could be the underlying themes of an epic fantasy saga that was both engaging and peaceful. I have been inspired by so many ASMRtists, and am really excited to join this community.
I love each and every one of you, and I cannot thank you enough for watching my little video. Each of these role-play videos will include many different props, sets and costumes all of which I either find or make myself. Just wanted to send a "Thank You" for your 3 videos thus far. When I was a small boy,...MANY MANY years ago (we're talkin' the late 1970's/early 80's),...there was a telephone number I was able to call and listen to recorded stories. The reader was a woman and I remember always calling her "The Story Lady". I always enjoyed calling and listening to The Story Lady's stories. And, although there was only 1 new story each week, I'd sometimes call 3 or 4 times a week and listen to the same story over and over. You remind me of her,...which is kinda weird, I guess, because I only heard her voice and obviously never saw here face. But, after the death of my mother 3 weeks before my 6th birthday, she was the woman I turned to to tell me stories, and I guess that comforted me a bit. Your stories are comforting and soothing as well. So, thank you for all that goes into making them. I know it takes time and is likely hard work. I very much look forward to you next video,...that Ranger definitely left me curious. Take Care and Be Well

I don't really agree with everyone asking for a partnership with Erin. People tend to put similar things in boxes. Blue and blue makes blue, you get nothing new and it's so sad. But add some red to your blue and you get purple, imagine that. I think you get more surprises and creativity when you mix different talents ^^ Anyhow, I had to watch this video 6 times before I could see the end! It's so warm and yummy and sweet. Not only do I feel super happy knowing no animals were harmed, but it makes me want to bake! I'd love a book with the recipes!

ASMR DONE RIGHT. I've never put a single comment on KZfaq since I start using it a few years ago, but here it is, my first comment. Excellent white noise control, almost 0 noise even when volume is high, versus some veteran ASMRtists still have quite noticeable noises in their videos. Best scene decor, item, and costume I've ever seen, versus 50+ other ASMRtists I've seen. Perfect performance and committed acting, no mistake and no cutting by video editor, this must be really hard. Plus your accent is addictive and your voice is soft. Now your Patreon please. It's definitely the same vibes, but a totally different story and aesthetic. And I say we can't have too many ASMR videos with a ton of props and increasingly expansive story-telling. I prefer these videos to the ones where it's just people snapping or rubbing stuff.

My goodness, this is wonderful. I had a friend in school, we always had sleepovers, and she would tell me stories when we went to sleep.. She created an incredible universe with so many different characters and adventures, and i loved it! At the time i had no idea what AMSR was, or why i sometimes felt those “tingles” in my head, but it’s such a precious memory of mine. Now i’m almost 30 years old, still experience that weird sensation that is ASMR, but no longer have sleepovers and storytimes with my friend, so finding this channel, that does stories instead of eating or tapping etc, made my day. Thank you so much for the effort.

No problem, I'm just curious, what direction are you planning to take next? The bakery was a great choice, you add eating sounds for those who like it. Does everyone each story you put out have some sort of theme with them? Like eating, or scratching?

@@galacon28 That's a great idea. Thus far my videos have all been based on the narrative and the characters. Then I try to find triggers to fit each character.

@@ASMRwithAnna That's really interesting. Can I ask, when you film do you use an outline solely or improv as you go? I know with this one you had a script because of all the wonderful set pieces, but with the black Smith video, was it more improvisational or scripted?

@@galacon28 I love all of your questions! I created the world and wrote all the scripts in advance. This one was actually the exception, and is mostly improvised. I had a basic structure for her showing you the treats, but then I improvised around that. :)

A lot of people are talking about how this is like Erin's (Goodnight Moon) Babblebrook series. This really speaks to the hunger people have for fantasy in their ASMR. I'd love to see more creators to go down this route and form a little niche fantasy ASMR community.

This was one of my favourite vids of all time. Your voice and way of speaking are so unique and relaxing. I’ve been needing help sleeping lately and I was excited to get to this video in my playlist but I was so sad that this video has ads throughout. Can’t watch it anymore to sleep. Utterly fantastic. With this 3rd video, it's become apparent you have made good on the promise of your first two and completely changed the asmr role play game. You have not merely transcended what now looks like 'a bit of dressing up' from many other asmrtists (though i have to say, by no means all) by creating a complete environment, you have gone so much further and created an entire world. You are destined for great things. Please do not forsake us when they come knocking.

I read through the description. For some reason knowing folks who enjoy baking makes me smile. I'm not the greatest cook but something about baking seems so wide in motions with lovely familiar sounds and smells. I feel like anyone with a grandma or mother who they grew up making treats with feel similarly once the scent hits their noses.

I've been watching and listening to ASMR lately in an exclusive effort to relax and fall asleep, but you've provided a form that I can really engage in as well. Hello, Anna! I have watched all your videos thus far, and I must concur with what so many others have been saying, that you are very much like Goodnight Moon, who happens to be my favorite ASMRtist, and it would be amazing for you two to do even just one video together! My favorite videos of hers come from her series on Babblebrook, and with your Kellswake videos being so very similar, you have shot up to already being another favorite ASMRtist of mine! Your storytelling, acting, and sets add so much to the believability of your videos, and as a lover of not just storytelling, but specifically fantasy, I am always craving more ASMR along the same vein as Goodnight Moon. You are doing a wonderful job so far, almost to the point where your story is too interesting to try to fall asleep to, since I want to learn more about the world and characters that you've created! Aw Samuel! Thank you so much. I am so inspired by her. She's so creative, and her videos are stunning! I would LOVE to do a collaboration with her. I'm not sure how that would work, but I would be 100% in ;) I'm a lover of fantasy too, and one of the reasons I started this channel was because I wanted to see more fantasy ASMR. ASMR with Anna the only thing missing from this is to be able to sample all the creations of your baking. Everything looks so fantastic, I can only imagine what they smelled like as they were baking..

@@pridofawlf Aw thanks. Yeah, the whole place smelled delicious! I shoot these videos late at night for sound, and let me tell you, it was difficult not eating everything when I finished up! I'm so glad you liked it. I'm thinking of making a cookbook with all these recipes, so maybe you'll get to try them someday ;)

How is this your third video and the production quality is so high? Well done, Anna. Your personality and voice are so soothing. I would love to hear more ambient noises of your hands doing things. Picking up the berries, crinkling parchment paper, stirring gently. But this is lovely, and the baked goods are gorgeous.

All the vegetarian foods remind me of the Redwall series. And of course the cordial. I always used to drool over the Redwall feasts as a kid and this video feels like it could fit perfectly in that world too.
