Mr Ibra Jr was right in California the rent in 2010 was between 400 to 600 dollars one bedroom right now it's between 1500 to 2000 dollars per month. Gas was 1 dollars per gallon right now it's 7 dollars, food was very cheap. To buy a house in California in 2007 was 150k and 3000k right now it's between 600k and above. Economy changes every time
