Joseph Tamale Mirundi (born 1964) is a Ugandan journalist, author and political analyst. He is a former presidential press secretary and media advisor. He is loved and criticised by many people in Uganda for being out spoken and his affiliations with President Museveni. Some of his actions that have been caught on camera in the previous years are pretty hilarious and will make you laugh your lungs out. Enjoy this video
