I love the way 2 ballet experts gave this a thumbs down. I guess they have just seen so many other male dancers do bournonville better than Kobborg. If they are picking on a young Tamara Rojo, so be it. But Kobborg in this? You don't understand what you're looking at if you gave this a thumbs down.

Well, Tamara's partners are usually get lost in the shadow of her excellence...not this time tho. I know that this choreography is Johan's comfort zone but he's still pretty amazing here. Not only his footwork but also his turns and mood are superb. Truly uplifting performance. Thank you very much for sharing this rarity with us.

I love both of them as performers, but they are perfect together in this. This is such a great piece of choreography anyway, and it just blooms when danced with such acting, personality, and technique.

BRAVO!!!BRAVISSIMO!!! VIVA!!!! There is a charismatic flirtatious excitement here that is the essence of, and defines jubilantly the great Pas'. With this pair of great artists, I can imagine them in rehearsals whispering their interpretative actions in each others ears.. KOBBORG, in top form here, showing off the traditions and trademark of the Danish School batterie with the aplomb and BRIO it demands. ROJO, To this day, a complete artist and gorgeous woman, bringing the allure of a young looking Spanish Vivien Leigh in "Gone With The Wind" who knows what she wants and get it. It's perfect. If my nostalgic memory serves me right, this pair also performed a fantastic BLACK SWAN Pas de Deux, with La ROJO seducing Kobborg's Siegfried like the burning of Atlanta. A great night for them and for the audience who was at the sold out performance. THANK YOU B.B.!!! for this trip down memory lane!!!
