Hi Milly..I wanted to make tamarind juice so I bought some tamarind.Unfortunately they are green inside. I have 2 questions.1.Does that mean I have to dry them before I can use them? 2. When I boil it at night can I leave it overnight and squeeze it the next day? Thanks

Why use your hands

I am sure there is a more hygienic way of handling that preparation especially the kamuaring part. Those nails inside juice that will go into someone's stomach is a big NO for me. No offense meant though because there are people do not mind.
