1. Put about 3 cups of hot water in a bowl. Add in the turmeric into .
2. Slice the paneer into thick rectangular slices.
3. Dunk it in the boiling turmeric mix water. Take paneer out after 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Now in a big pan add some mustard oil and deep/ shallow fry the paneer until golden brown.
5. In another pan take some oil in which we fried paneer and add tomato puree to it and fry. Add 1tbl spoon of Red Chilli Powder and 1Tsp of ginger Powder.
6. Stir and add salt. Cover and cook again for another 5 minutes or until the tomatoes are almost cooked and starts leaving oil from the sides.
7. Add in the mutton stock and turmeric along with Green Cardamom , Cinamon Sticks and Shallot paste (PRAN) and reduce the stock.
8. Add in the food Colour (optional) to give it a good colour.
9. Now add in the fried paneer and Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes on low flame or you reach the desired consistency in gravy.
10. Finish off with the Zeera . Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes before serving.
