Tamdhu is one of the few fully sherry matured single malts that can still be purchased at a reasonable price, I hope and pray they will continue to fly under the radar.

Nice video. I recently walked the old rail line from Aberlour and came across the lovely Tamdhu station. It gave a sense of history that the railway was instrumental in Whisky production back in the day. I'll be back to visit the station when Covid goes away...

friom 03:15 'how long it will then be ....' don't quite understand this, is he asking how long will it be to make a cask?

Yes. They 'air dry' the wood for better quality, and that process means that they won't turn the wood into casks until 2 - 6 years later. I hope this helps. Cheers.
