I worked in Qatar for 4 years. There the police blocks the traffic at the most a maximum of 10 minutes when the ruler of the country (The King and his accompanying convoy) passes through the main roads.

With due respect to this retired officer. These type of officials do one thing while in service and tell one thing after retirement. I remember reading in news papers about the proposal of ITC chola for constructing a helipad. The government did not gave permission because the hotel is situated close proximity to airport as well as on the path of aircrafts taking off or landing. Moreover chinese presidents never trust helicopters and they will not travel in helicopters

It is not about terrorism .Jayalalithaa's ego was the problem. She never provided any support nor did she take any step to get any leader. Atleast 30-40 Global leaders came to Bangalore and Mumbai I. The past 10 years. Now Bangalore is a global city but Chennai is large sized slum.

I am living in Singapore. When Trump came here for meeting with Kim, he stayed in Shangri-La Hotel. At the same time, the hotel were also having other Guest staying there. Kim usually travel only in Train (he has his own train) and mostly he travel to China in that. I guess the preferences were made by the leader's security team. Helicopters are considered risky because any accident the rate of fatality is close to 100%

No where in India it will happen like this I am in Hyderabad since 40 years stayed in Bangalore for seven years at no time traffic will be blocked more than half an hour

U shud not compare states like this..I don't think any 2 leaders of 2 big countries have met before like this in b'lore or hyderabad.. And of course blocking traffic for a long time is not good...

@@jananirajendran383 no other state will block road such long time have gone to many states.i born in Chennai and brought up there even those days it was like that. time is precious for everyone. for security reasons they can block the roads not hours together if any emergency comes what one can do

@@rbhanumathi8348 the same thing only I have mentioned. Blocking traffic for a long time is not acceptable. But u have compared chennai with b'lore and hyderabad. That is not acceptable. Who knows the same thing(blocking the traffic) might have happened in b'lore and hyderabad if this informal summit had happened there.

Useless interviewer dont you have respect when you interview a great personality like him who served for our nation, at the end whats that habit of abruptly saying "romba nadrisir" dint anybody in your channel taught you how to do vote of thanks, infact he has lot of information to say there can be a decent ending, dont say we dont have time then why the hell there is 2 minits intro minimise the intro and increase the interview timing.
