I would have liked the Thunder Dragon myself as I don't like the Fire Dragon body personally. I will be getting one on the show but I don't think it will make it onto the Cool Wall. It won't sell anything like the numbers of the TS did earlier this year.

I like the Video, short and informing. Nice! I keep waiting for my two favorite buggy s to be rereleased kyosho triumpf and the Falcon! And by the way, terra scorcher rere still Availlabel in Germany. In switzerland u find old originals such as terra scorcher , vanquish, egress , avante , most in perfect condition. Starting at 250.- sfr

Hopefully this re-release will bring with it the availability of some parts such as the elusive 3x14mm link pins to secure the front blue suspension arms

I say tomato you say tomatto same difference that sure is a nice car iconic for the Chinese they worship dragons which is pretty cool for the fireworks and all that I kinda of like the front end with that little crazy dragon in the front most off the red red is one of my favorites I used to love it on the 9/11 and a Ferrari also I guess just my Chinese thoughts glad you showed it to us interesting I like how you're in Gavin's content are combining now if I leave it playing I'll make my way around back to Garvin smart love it can't help it I'm sensitive

Patiently waiting for the Fire Dragon to arrive in Australia. Any word on when this might arrive in hobby stores? I see unboxings already happening around the world -let’s hope it’s not too far away!

I never purchased the original Fire Dragon, bought 2 re release of the Terra Scorcher. Will see what the price will be for the Fire Dragon in the USA! 👍👍

Both are similar except for the mono shock on the TS. Fire dragon is probably a better runner, as it’s a less optioned version of the terra Scorcher

Tamiya need to Re-release the hilux monster with a upgraded TTC transmission. Also the king cab. This would be amazing if they did.

I am 8 months late. I am an older dude, so Tamiya lower end re release don't interest me. I would like Tamiya re release their more sophisticated/high end kits. A simple chassis with a different body don't quite cut it for it.

Sorry I shouldn't have kept saying thunder shot the thunder dragon I believe that they will come back out again with it I would like to also see them make a vehicle called the lightning dragon.

I believe they will come back out with the thunder shot I also think that because look how Pepsi we released Crystal Pepsi I don't know if that's a good analogy but it's sold better this time around than it did back when it came out first I think in the '90s as well so never say never on the thunder shot if there's a cry out for it I do eventually think they will answer the call just like I think they will eventually answer the call about the falcon.

I think no matter what Tamiya release it will sell better now than historically. Tamiya are riding the Re Re wave and Covid has increased demand and bought many ppl back to the hobby

@@RCACTIONAUSTRALIA I hear the hobbies doing quite well it has a new resurgence and I hope it stays that way forever because people need to get out and use their hands more it's much more like you got something done over playing a damn game it's more rewarding to be using RC cars and doing and having the creative juices come back to your mind.

Everybody asked why they didn't bring out the thunder shot again before this one. I would like to see them come back out with the super shot I had one of those I loved it and they should really release these cars with their technical motors again I think they should re-release their technical motors.

Super Hot Shot is still being released mate. Aus gets multiple shipments per year of it and the Hot shot

@@RCACTIONAUSTRALIA Adam I had a super shot and it never said the super hot shot I had the short run of the original super shot before it became the super shot hot shot or super hot shot I'm hoping they come back out with it just saying super shot.

I can not understand what´s the hype of those old trashy buggys is? This cars are slow and if you make a little bit more powerfull motor in, the car loose parts or explode. Tamiya have no good ideas. To much other companies with better products on the market. Mhhh... what we can do? We bring back the old junk. Maybe its better to bring downsized trf buggys on the market for less money with cool 80´s and 90´s bodies. That is the problem of the actual cars. They looks all similar boring. This is why the astute is so popular and expensive. Top chassis and nice classic body.

Agree & Disagree, for some the re re kits are great for parts. To Date Tamiya Sells out of these old re re buggies. So from a business point of view they will continue to re release. I agree Tamiya should invest in a new Chassis or introduce some nice TRF or Special edition Cars. I have been personally bashing an original Terra Scorcher and I’m yet to break it. I think the appeal with these old re re kits is to allow older people the opportunity to own the car they had as a child or the Car they couldn’t afford as a child. I personally won’t buy one, but I’m sure they will sell out.

To drive a old buggy, u need much more driving Skills ....Back in the days they only run for 4 min. Then the nimh 1200 mAh accu was empty. So no jumping was required. Just track racing. Modern buggys, are all quiet similar. All are good, even cheap ones. No Skills needed wich change with different cars.
