Tamiya Fw-190 A-3 1/72 Scale
Well, this has been a small but fun project, I used Vallejo paints and homemade decals, this airplane is part of a little diorama I'm working on.
I decided to take these pictures before gluing everything in place, so you can see all the work that has been put into the finished model.

I built the D-9 version of this kit years ago. Such a gem of a kit. Very nice build👍

Thank you for the excellent video! I too had problems with Vallejo paints clogging my airbrush.I watched a few Vallejo videos and follow this procedure. Before a session, spray a few drops of thinner through your airbrush. Add thinner first, then their flow improver 1:10 with paint. After spraying, rinse with hot water, add some Vallejo airbrush cleaner and brush the needle while moving it back and forth. Empty and spray a few drops of thinner. I find that I can have quite a few sessions without tearing the airbrush down to clean. Also, even when using Model Air, I still add at least a couple drops of thinner and always the flow improver with everything except Metal Color.

Nice Build, Isopropyl Alcohol works good to clean out Vallejo paints.

Fantastic build of a 1/72. I don't have an airbrush but I can aim to get similar effects from brushing. Lots of great tips

Très belle réalisation jolie peinture pour la décoration désolée je n'ai pas trouvé le pays j'ai bien consulter ma documentation accumulé depuis 50 ans je n'ai rien trouvé qui lui ressemble puis un ami m'a dit c'est une nouvelle marque de décalcomanies Ilse nome " censure"

Excellent job. Does KZfaq prevent you from putting the swastika on the tail?

Thank you! Not really, I printed the swastika this way because I built the model as a gift to a friend and I didn't want to make a gift with a swastika. It could have been easier to just build a non German kit, but this is the only 1/72 kit I had in my stash.

@@moixmodels Airfix doesn’t have them. I’m not sure any manufacturer does anymore. I get why you did it but as for the rest, stop being babies. I like historically accurate pieces. FYI: there is a Ukrainian tank that was filmed with one last week. A news channel was filming and there it was in black on a tank or APC. Interesting.
