@@1791colby because it’s season to taste, depending on the amount and size of the pot roast. Don’t worry follow along with the video and you’ll be ok. U can literally see I’m only adding enough to cover and season the meat.

This is what I go for right here, a woman with all the ingredients in front of the table ready to cook. I dont like plain food and I saw your set up and said "oh yeah, she knows what she's doing." 😂 Im about to make this right NOW! Season to personal taste :) Ingredients: Adobo, Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Paprika, Sage, Marjoram, Rosemary, Parsley, Bay Leaves, Beef Bouillon, BBQ, Oil, Beef Broth, Tomato Paste, Worcestershire Sauce, Cherry Wine?, Flour. SEARING 9:40 Sauce: 13:00 flour,water, tomato paste, bbq

I used CrockPot it's delicious, I love Tammy's recipe the most because I am one of those people who don't like wine in my food, so I can skip it, and also don't like the excess sweet. So I cut out the wine and BBQ sauce.
