Michael Schack, literalmente convirtió el TamTam DrumFest en el Michael Schack Fest, nunca habíamos visto en 13 años de festival al publico levantado de sus asientos bailando como si de una fiesta se tratara. Michael además de un músico alucinante, lleno de técnica, gusto, y groove, es un espectáculo en sí mismo.
Una hora de autentica diversión y música fue lo que nos ofreció este belga, y no es para menos, hoy por hoy es el icono de Roland V-Drums a nivel mundial.
Estamos enamorados de este hombre, como músico y como persona, y estamos muy agradecidos de que pasara por nuestro festival.

Michael Schack literally turn the TamTam DrumFest in the “Michael Schack Fest”. We had never seen the public raised from their seats like a party in 13 years of festival. Michael is also an amazing musician, full of technique, groove and taste, a show in himself.
He offers us an hour of authentic fun and music, and nowadays it’s the true icon of Roland V-Drums worldwide.
We are in love with this man, as a musician and person, and we are so grateful of he came to our festival.

Michael has some of the best timing and precision that I have seen in years, plus the fact that he takes such an obvious joy in drumming. It's a great combination. Never fails to deliver. Well done Michael. Out energizes the Energizer Bunny!

Hi! Simply gorgeous, I really enjoyed it! The coolest guy in electronics. I suspect that 50% do not understand what and how cool it was done) The bass drum from Tama Superstar fits perfectly, and the depth is just right)) The feature with the high chair is excellent!!!! Pretty much the only reason I go to NAMM is to have a chance to watch @michaelSchack perform in the US. Because of him I purchased the Roland TD-50 KV Sweetwater edition. Roland also has the Artist Sound pack for free so I use Michael Schack's sounds all the time. They sound amazing Live.

I need that Roland sound sample pack. His sounds on the TM-6 pro were definitely some of my favorite. I’ve gotta check out his website/web store and see what he has available for sale. I know maybe about a month ago he said he was collaborating with Roland for something he couldn’t talk about yet. He said keep checking his site for more details. I asked about if he could make kits for spd-30/spd-sx, that’s what I would like to see how he sets up if of this stuff on AB live, spd-sx. He also said to look into using spd-sx as sound card like he doing now. I’ve watched a bunch Of videos and have learned how I think he basically sets up his project files. The man is a beast behind the kit, his power and energy is incredible.

This lineup is atounding. What a great collection all in one place. Great work as usual. So hard to pick a favourite. I love the Romantic Strings meets hardcore drumming track.

What an astounding line-up. There are so many amazing tracks in this video. I totally love the "Romantic Strings" song. A perfect blend of romantic melody and hardcore drumming. You made the two go together so well and that's hard to do. Wish I was there to listen live.

Like a racng car, he's taking the Roland for a good spin around the racing track. Stretching it's capabilities. Man and Machine in perfect harmony. That should be Schacks motto.

Not to start an argument here but....this drummer has mega talent and chops, but there is no reason to play that hard. The long term damage that he is doing to his hands and wrists will ultimately cut short his playing career. He may not feel it now (though my guess is that he does), but some day he will. The shame of it is that he is setting a “pounding” example for young drummers who don’t know any better and they will go down that same painful road if they choose to play this hard. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis so I know exactly what it feels like!!!
