Pasuquin’s retelling of the Panagsana (salt-making) Festival shows the dedication of the natives in this tedious task that produces some of the finest salt in the country. Even now, stalls selling this native salt dot the roads of Pasuquin, proving that panagsana is still a strong livelihood and source of pride.
