I wouldn’t say letting someone get away with a big bag of xan is doing your job right. I don’t care about the weed but Xanax is different. People can OD on it, use it as a date rape drug, and get crazy fucked up from it. Just one pill and some drinks can make you blackout easily.

probably not, if police actually finds all of that in a car along with a minor they're required to make an arrest because of all of the felonies. speeding is one thing, drug possession and intent to distribute is completely different. leaving broken glass on the floor would also be an extreme safety hazard to others. if this is true (unlikely), then the cop would've/should've been fired for being extremely unprofessional, but it's entertaining all the same.

To all the people saying she’s lying bc cops wouldn’t let charges like that go, cops do that A LOT, depending on where you are in the country. Also, if you have no previous record and also depending on the circumstances of the situation, cops sometimes will let you go and just confiscate your illegal objects. It literally depends on the situation. It's basically at the cops discretion what they want to do. If you have minimal weed they usually just take it. I've had an experience where the cops let me go, and I also had one where they gave me a posession charge.

yeah, I'm sorry, but this story is bullshit. if you had that many drugs in the car, that cop would never have just let you off. & if he did he is VERY unqualified to be a cop. seriously, marijuana, xanax, & we're supposed to believe that he just let you all go? I might believe that if he had just caught you speeding, or even if the driver was the only one not doing anything, but there is no way that he would have let you go when the driver had been smoking up. marijuana stays in your system for weeks. if this story actually is legit, that cop is completely unqualified and an idiot.

Victoria Mora scientists would agree that jail etc does not help addicts. Often it's the other way around. Did you know that people with certain illnesses "self medicate" with alcohol and other drugs? For example with schizophrenia. And I think jail does not help them either.
