This is very honest video for the tandoori chicken in oven.
Ingredients:
Marination-1
lemon juice-2tbsp
salt- pinch
after 10 mins
Marination-2
red chilli pd - 1tbsp
garam masala- 1/2 tbsp
cumin pd- 1/2tsp
kashmiri chilli pd- as per wish
coriander pd- 1/2 tbsp
tandoori masala- 2tbsp
tandoori essence- 3-6 drops
salt
kasuri methi - 1tsp
lemon juice
hung curd - 1tbsp
ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
For LG oven
Without skin chicken
GC-1-20 mins
With skin chicken
GC-1 20mins
+
grill - 5-8 mins(as per wish)
OTHER CONVECTION OVENS:
grill+convection- 20-35mins
grill- 10mins
