Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world. Hebrews 1:1‭-‬2 ESV We don't need extra Prophecy now,..the Scripture is inerrant and all sufficient for every Christian walk.. We should also understand when a person says Thus says the Lord, it becomes authoritative like the Scripture (Word of God),. God doesn't speaks one time less secondary and the other time full authoritative.. if God speaks everything is authoritative because God is all Sovereign.. Here is also another Text.. built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. Ephesians 2:20‭-‬21 ESV We make only one foundation while making a building.. I don't think we have prophets and apostles now in our generation.. because the foundation has been laid .. when I was in hyper Charismatic I use to believe a lot in this things but the more I read the Scripture, I have found Scripture to be all sufficient... the Reformation started with the "Sola scriptura"... We Nagas should also pursue this.. we Nagas should understand that God invested His power in the Word of God,(Heaven and earth shall pass away but His Word will live..)
