Very nice! My experience before 6-7 years was different. Instead cleaning by steam he dipped the gold chain in various acids washed etc and did not weigh it before! (2) Please create a video of melting of old gold ornaments and finding purity of the gold! Last question: Is above method is followed in every branch of Tanishq ?
