Tanishq's ..... Tea business also started...

Yesterday I visited Tanishq, no tea or coffee although sellers ka behaviour bhi bhot kharab tha, ASA lg rha tha Ki product dekr Ahsan kr rha h

Tanisq pls show #equality. Pls make same ad hindu family & Muslim girl

Believe me the behaviour is exact opposite in Tanishq..they offer u tea or coffee or anything as per the amount u r spending.. products r good but behaviour with customers is extremely poor

Tanishq is a higly biased showroom, doesnt treat small buyers with respect. If u dont want customer buying for small amounts, please display it outside.

That's the lucrative power of advertisement. I bought 1.2 lakhs worth of jewelry and we were not even given place to sit. Requesting customers not to just fall for false advertisements

My experience with Tanishq Thane was very good, making charges is more if u compare with other brands but u can trust TATA company blindly

My experience was very bad with tanishq shopping They charge min 8 % making change on simple jwellery and 15 to 30 % charge any designer jwellery So please choose some small shop of gold jwellers in near your area they charge max 5 to 8 % charge on very designer jwellery .. and yes you can bargain with local jwellers ... And they will show you huge variety for middle class famile

Well i couldn't agree less with the ad.. Last yr, I hd visited the Vashi store along with my wife and we were very much impressed with their hospitality..👍💐

To all complaining about the Tanishq Ad. Tanishq is a part of the Tata Group of industries. Right from the Salt you eat, to the flight you sit in (Indian flight industry which began as Tata Airlines) are courtesy the Tata Group. From visionary institutions like Tata Institute of Social Sciences, to Tata Memorial Hospital, IISc which have association and roots to this group. Also, the Tata CRISPR test for COVID-19 which will make testing happen for prices as low as 500 rupees. (Surely, then can run a huge business, but do they make this choice?) Let us not forget, had these group of Parsi people just thought of making their own families richer, none of the people, be it Hindus or Muslims or others, would have ever benefitted from all social responsibility they have taken up. If not #GratefulToTheTatas, at least let us be more compassionate towards them. Why that ad. I used to by a gold coin from Tanishq every year and was planning to buy jwellery for my mother. But now I will never ever buy anything from Tanishq.

I have never visited TQ because I live abroad but my family members go there regularly and they always get very good treatment , always get beverages offered, but probably because they always buy from there. Not sure how they know that this person will buy or not but I feel most sales people are very smart .. even when I visit Burberry or a Gucci store here , and even though I tell them I am just browsing I always get a drink from them if I decide to buy the product in my mind (even if I don’t even give them a hint)… somehow they KNOW if this person is going to spend or not .. I was never asked for a drink, when I was sure that I am not going to buy anything today .. and I never understand how they know

They atleast behave of receiving in a proper way but in Vijayawada, jaihind complex all are only gold jewellery shops but that center or in any shop there is no one to arrange chair only buyer has to sit other has to stand only- go to jaihind complex Vijayawada gold shop then you will feel this Tanishq customer service extremely very good

In Malabar I asked many times to show me the really big size harams ... I used to ask them I just want to see it I am not gonna buy... Still they used to show me and explain the gold weight and stone weight everything...

I don't know about other's experience but I bought just a pair of earrings at tanishq, it wasn't that big either, but we got our coffee and water in their begumpet showroom, but I still feel I would choose malabar over tanishq, I think malabar goes above and beyond

Kyo ki gold rate jab 50k tha tab me tanishq me 25gm se 30gm ke andar necklace designs pucha undone pehle to ignore Kiya fir 2 hi designs dikhaya fir to suna hi nahi jabk ek customer ke paas 3 staff khadithi kyo ki wo achhe kapde pehnke aaithi . Me wapas kalyan gai waha itna achha behavior ki me 35gm ka gold li . Ye hota he marketing .
