13th form tanjiro does not match with muzan's speed or combat speed.. the only points 13th form tanjiro will get is potential and abilities that's all muzan drugged wins against 13th form tanjiro (high diff) but when muzan is not drugged and 13th form tnajiro faces him muzan wins ( low - no diff)
