But I think for mastermilo82 the restored tank will forever be much cooler than an untouched one, because this is "theirs", built not bought mentality at its finest. I think it wouldn't. Because you need the friction of those plates to turn the outgoing shaft. And the only thing what gives those plates pressure are the springs. =)
