It's the T-22 new soviet tier X medium tank they're adding, and it's totally overpowered. Search T-22 QuickyBaby, AgingJedi or Jingles, you'll see what I'm talking about.

A few days ago I chased an Object 268 and inflicted severe damage with my M46. Before I was always afraid of them. He shot me once, but I shot him in the rear and he started running away. He ran into my team, which killed him.
