Well if you are pasive spoting and your team can push you, you are to far back. They have approx. the same viewrange as you, so you aren't usefull anymore, you have to go closer to the enemy. Your adventage with a light tank is camo rating above all else

The two tanks behind the smaller green one (have no idea what they are) have really good sounding klaxons. Combined, they're even better! The one behind all 3, it kinda sounds like an electric guitar. But the two larger ones combined sounds like a dual klaxon truck horn, most likely from a 1937 Dodge Airflow tanker.

I think it's more of a metaphor. And the horn noise is the talking and pinging of players. Like all the team pressuring the light to go spot and when he dies and no one shoots at the enemy he gets furious at his team. And at the end is the old argument about arty, you sit in a bush all day but when you get hit by arty you start to blame the arty for that.

The little tank is actually the T-50-2, the legendary light tank which became a special Tier VI Christmas premium. I think you're right on the Japanese tank but it might be the O-Ho, they look very similar.
