Something similar happened with me during my 8th class maths exam. I worked hard and scored a 100/100 . I went home,all excited to tell this to my parents and my dad without beating an eye looked at me and said “there are other subjects where you scored less than 100”.

You are studying for yourself not for your parents...if you want to achieve something great in future then study for the future not for marks...if you want to do a job then I will tell you in advanced that your percentage n cgpas will not matter..your skills will matter so better focus on that...n ask your mom during your interview did the interviewers gave you the job by your marks or by your skills? I am gonna share one of my experience during my exam of class 9. One guy was sitting beside me of class 8. Our science exam was on same date. He got questions paper of 9 and he didn't even noticed that. He said me that he is fucked up he didn't know a single answer. Then during submission of paper teacher noticed that he is submitting answers of 9. But the guy was of 8. The teacher was literally laughing. He was given extra time for solving his real science papers. THATS IT.

The interviews of toppers you saw were no ordinary toppers, they were national toppers who topped among lakhs of students which was a big deal...that is why they were interviewed

@@utkarsh4714 You are clear dumb it seems...I got 96% in 12th boards (ICSE) and I got 311 AIR in JEE ADVANCED (GEN CATEGORY), currently studying in IIT Delhi and yes I do say topping at national level is a big deal...how many students score above 99% in boards?? It requires a lot hard work, scoring 90+ might not be difficult (because thousands of students score it) but scoring exceptionally above others is..."Wanna Be GENIUS" tell me how much did you score in Boards or ok tell me your JEE Rank and category?? You didn't saw what Tanmay said in the end

actually the reason he might have lost that one mark in english is because in 2018 CBSE had set guidelines stating that one can never be perfect in literature so they would deduct 1 mark in any writing task section of an exam.

No bro for 10th grade, 6 hrs apart from school work and tuition is already much. I don't think you need to study more than 3-4 hrs in a day for 10, Moreover CBSE is more easy than regional boards, I passed with good grades in regional boards although I didn't study for 6 hrs tho.

And in if a student of cbsc will migrate to seba board then the school or collage decreases 15℅ of the cbsc student before admission...

Actually, quite a few jokes got lost in translation. I laughed throughout Tanmay's video when he released it because the slang he used to described certain situations was funny. And the way he says it in Hindi too. I was probability able to relate to it a lot more because I have been through the very same competitive educational system in India. You guys did understand a lot of jokes though. Great video, as always!

In India, In class 9th [ the most difficult class ] students are not given good grades ...even good students ....because the teachers reason it by saying that you would get overconfident for class 10 th exams [ in which students are ranked nationally ] so they do not give students of class 9 good grades.... I myself got 90%[only ] and was okay for that ....but i am preparing hard for 10th exams 2021
