Hello Tanmay, glad i came by your channel, though I'm unsure if this would be the right forum to gather your suggestion. I'm actually looking for a projector for our school auditorium. The room is roughly 40 feet wide and 100 feet long. We would be using it mainly for presentation purposes and limited video content. Factoring ambient light and considering the last row seats would be roughly 100 feet away from the screen, can you kindly suggest a suitable projector and optimum screen size to clearly view slides and texts...

Hi Tanmay, thanks for great tips. I am planning to buy one of the projectors mentioned and I have a samsung samsung hw q990c which is a 11.1.4 sound bar. I had a question if I will be able to get lossless Dolby atmost with this combination. I did a lot of research and couldn't get to the answer. It will be a great help if you could guide me here. Hey Trilok, Samsung Q990C has 2 HDMI Inputs and 1 HDMI eARC Output. Now while none of these projectors will have eARC port, it is advised that you connect a firestick or Apple TV media player to the HDMI Input of soundbar and send only video signal via HDMI output to projector. So this way, you will get your desired atmos output for atmos content 😀👍🏻

@Tanmay, Thanks for the crisp information, very helpful. Am looking for an LED projector preferably Wanbo or Zebronics ones, I have below questions if you could recommond any specific model 1. Higher brightness to watch in the day with ambient light, as a replacement for TV, with budget is 30k-35k 2. For long duration plays, which is a suitable one. LED Vs DLP? How long I can play conteneously and how much gap I need to give before starting again. Thanks

Thanks for your feedback! However for replacing TV and to play during day time with ambient light, you need a projector with 2500 lumens or above and neither of these projectors will have that ANSI Lumens. You may have to go for Benq/Epson data projectors. And LED is light source (it compares with Laser & Lamp) whereas DLP is projection technology used by many projectors (it compared with LCD)

I have chosen wanbo x5. But this doesn't have full dust proof like other model(t6r max,etc) Will this be a major concern with dust? I already have soundbar so I'm looking for a projector that can project easily upto 150 inches and run for 6-7 hours on weekends non stop. Please advise on other recommendation as well. Thanks

Thanks for your support. I think Wanbos are great. I dnt know if dust proof will really be that important considering the environments we live in, but out of my experience, I have not seen it on any other mainstream models too.

Hey Prateesh, In projectors mein meri expertise nahin hai, so…. I have just given tool of checking actual lumens in description. Use that and check amazon user reviews of that projector to make the right decision!

Hi Tanmay, Addition to your recommendations I have found one more projector YABER K2S with 900 ANSI lumens, providing official android dongle in the box and also hearing good reviews. But little bit hesitant to decide between WANBO MORZAT 1 and YABER K2S overall and it will be very helpful getting a suggestion from an expert like you. TIA!!!

Good budget friendly cinema setup. I have installed wanbo x5 projector along with motorised 106 inch screen. And obage ca 1 5.2 music system. Total expenditure is around 53 k and i using Airtell xtream box for ott application. I m very much satisfied with the result. During full dark it is looking 100 % cinema hall experience. Now i wanted to do budget friendly atmos speaker setup. 7.1.2 pl suggest. Can i go with avr or can i go with LG atmos enabled soundbar.

Recently me main ne ek projector search kiya tha Amazon per. Usme lazervision lv 922 pro projector ka naam tha uska 15000 lumens likha hua tha or bracket me 1450 ANSI lumens likha hua tha. KZfaq per video search kiya uss projector se related per mila nahi company ka he video hai usme to wo full light wagaira switch on kar ke projector chala raha tha. Uss hisaab se uski brightness sahi me bahot achhi thi. Jo ki 36k ka hai abhi amazon per.
