One thing I still can’t figure out is printing big I tried so many times on the 11x17 or 8.5 x 14 sublimation paper and it always cuts off almost half of my design..I already have my cricut set up to printing big but it still doesn’t

This is exactly what im looking for except my offset won't work. I have a flower that has jagged edges & hanging peices, i don't need detail cut, just atound it & i can not get my offset to work at all. Called Cricut the other day, the confirmed my Mac is up to date blah, blah. Very friendly but didn't solve my issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated
