I had a ridiculous amount of requests for a standing full tutorial or a backflip full twist, so I decided to make that video without further due. I really hope that this helps you with your full/360 and let me know what other tricks you want to learn from me in the future! Samuel standing dub isn’t bad to do a tutorial on, it’s still a slightly different technique than a single twist

Your tutorials are so good because of those extra tips like tensing your butt and core in the air. Love that, as I have never ever been to a proper gym where people could teach me the "common knowledge" of tricking. Could you also do a b-twist tutorial? you can do it. you just need to train... a lot. there is this 15 year old, Shosei Iwamoto, who is widely considered as one of the best flippers/trickers in the world. he trained non-stop for 6 years and now he is doing tricks no-one else can. no matter your age, you can become something big. you just need to believe in yourself.

Finally, someone who admits the real term for learning a flip!!! I first landed my backflip after 6 months, that was 9 yrs ago, backhandspring i did it in the first try honestly, its all abouat courage, front flip in a day, wall flip still a day, but i cant fucking do any other flio that involves twisting in the air, lime full, sideflip , gainer and the list goes on...

For the over the head full/normal full are you supposed to do it like you would on the trampoline (go upside down and then twist)? Or do you do an Arabian and then add a half twist?

Does round off full help with these? I’ve also almost landed cheated full but the rotation feels so slow, I get most of the way around but I’m not rotating fast enough
