Clean Agent suppression system i.e. Novec 1230 or FM-200 or Inergen or Halon or CO2 system

If sprinkler orifice is think(small) then water flow will be low and if orifice is thick(large) then water flow will be high. Orifice size depends on k-factor. While Sprinkler structure does not matter.

Sir i take Sprinkler to sprinkler 4.25 m and Brach to brach 2.83 m and 12.08 sqm coverarage when i make 12.08 aqm circle for checking, i found some area is not cover, please clear my doubt.

Quick Response (QR) and Standard Response (SR) fire sprinklers differ in their thermal sensitivity and activation times: Quick Response (QR) Fire Sprinklers: - Activate faster (typically within 30-60 seconds) - Have a lower thermal rating (usually 135-155°F/57-68°C) - Designed for high-hazard areas or applications where rapid fire growth is expected - Typically used in: - High-ceiling spaces - Large, open areas - Hazardous materials storage - High-risk occupancies (e.g., hospitals, schools) Standard Response (SR) Fire Sprinklers: - Activate slower (typically within 1-3 minutes) - Have a higher thermal rating (usually 165-185°F/74-85°C) - Suitable for most commercial and residential applications - Typically used in: - Office spaces - Retail stores - Residential buildings - Low-to-moderate hazard areas QR sprinklers provide faster activation to quickly control fires, while SR sprinklers provide a slightly delayed response to reduce false alarms and minimize water damage. The choice between QR and SR depends on the specific fire hazard, occupancy, and building design.
