This has been going on for decades but it's not as bad as it use to be. They actually changed the intake location a while back because the water was so bad. It's the hot weather that brings it on and the water returns to normal when it cools down some time in the fall.

I noticed since they changed the pipes on Jarvis Street, I get eczema rashes, the water smells so strong of chlorine, and they also use chloramine in our tap water I also recently discovered. i had o get a filter.

BS. I’ve lived in Toronto for 35 years, and have only smelled this once back in late 90’s…. It was polluted Other than that, I have never noticed the water smelling funny

I drink tap water every day. I don;t see any difference.

The only difference I notice is that in the summer, the cold water isn't very!!
