@@bendedstraw4294 No the Wacker drive along the river was completed in 1925 the river is always there although the flow was reversed instead of flowing into the lake now the lake flows into the river to give much cleaner water

I remember the first time i learnt about chicago, outside the usa we always hear about la and new york, but oh boy when i saw that skyline it got me The perfectly cut city squares and sharp architecture makes it look almost alien By far my favorite us city, wish to live there someday Cheers from brazil

I’m from California moving to Chicago in the summer. It was my first visit last summer when I decided that my heart lived in this city. I can’t wait to move out there. I never been so in love with a city. ❤️

Chicago area born and raised. Live in NYC now. It's another type of great but Chicago has a type of electricity and stunning quality to it that NYC somehow doesn't quite have. Moving back soon.

@ReturnoftheBrotha Well, I'm from there. I love new york. Here's how I think chicago has some better features: the neighborhoods are prettier, it is cleaner, it is more affordable despite having an amazing world-class art and music scene. NYC is great though and I love it too. It's a hard decision to make. If I was from nyc I might say something different.

@ReturnoftheBrotha I changed my mind. You are right honestly. But it still comes down to personal preference. Being cleaner is definitely a factor that could make a city better for some people. NYC is more energetic, cosmopolitan, and has great arts and culture. I agree it's objectively a better city and Chicago can't compare. But a lot of people prefer Chicago because it's more affordable while offering a lot of what NYC offers. When I lived there, I didn't want for anything. There was great museums, culture, food, diversity, music scene, festivals, fun. In NYC, more is offered. I'm just saying I think Chicago is pretty great too.

Yes Chicago is a wonderful city dude and you will see. Tons of things to do downtown and along the lakefront. Amazing boat tours and museums. Great shopping district called the magnificent mile. You will find everything there. Check out the view from atop the John Hancock observertory as well. I go to this city every year and it is wonderful. Forget about what the news say about this City. All the crime happens in a section called the Southside of Chicago, not downtown. Make sure you bring a good camera to you can take amazing pictures at night my friend. The views are just stunning especially at night.

LumpRee in different areas there is different types of neighborhoods or crimes. Not on every block there is a crime or something so dont make it seem like chicago is a bad place. Also no hate just saying

These are some of the best skyline shots of Chicago that I have seen on KZfaq. I've been to Chicago a few times, and absolutely love the skyline and architecture. I'm always blown away by how amazing the waterfront is. It has a unique blend of Pre World War 2 era architecture and modern architecture. Much love from Toronto.

Its one of the best, the culture is lack-luster. I was born and raised here. I actually like LA the best. overall. Chicago is the most balanced, you get a decent amount of everything. I enjoy the people of the southern states the best. I enjoy the beauty of the west side, I haven't been to the east coast yet.

Beautiful video and great footage! :) My hubby and I just got back from a four night stay in Chicago and we always love our visits there. Chicago has amazing architecture, food, museums and the skyline at night looks so beautiful. Plus the aquarium is one of the best to visit 💖💖💖

I have personally never seen Chicago look so good.Damn,sweet shots and smooth flying. I miss my city also but, the only I go back to live is if I could (live on a drone) and never ever ever land. Honestly, ever since I visited here as a kid I have never loved any place more than here. I have been back many times since then. I plan on moving here within in the next 2 years. I am 22 now and graduating college soon. I hope I can make it there while I am still young. I love it there.

I am from Cleveland. I have never been to Chicago. From what I see in pictures and videos. Chicago has the most impressive skyline in the U.S. There is something about the city scape that looks so well put together. IMHO not even NYC can compete with Chicago in terms of design and lay out. Chicago looks way more impressive in my book.👍

Looks beautiful in Chigago. Miami needs about 5 super talls, and it'd be very similar (someday!) Miami has the tropical vibe with even more highrises surrounding the huge bay.

Never knew Chicago was this beautiful! I’ve only been on a layover and got a few magnets. Hope to visit one day! It feels like home. It was so beautiful at night too, flying in!

Better With A Drone you have great audience!!!! 4600 subs is a good possession as a starter... I’ve got almost 700 value followers and its really not easy to jump into youtuber class -B... First you have to keep making a quality contents and than see what happens

Ernestas Dirgėla come to the neighborhoods. Ride the el. Eat lunch by a sidewalk cafe. Enjoy a sandwich and drink by the lake. Bike up n down lake shore drive at dawn and witness the sun rise over lake Michigan. Perfection👌👌

TAPP Channel Remembering how the polar vortex effected the lake. It was hard times, but also amazingly beautiful. It's endure the pain again if you promise to get that drone out there during it lol. If you search Indiana dunes state park, they did an awesome drone video of the lake during the polar vortex. Life changing. I should really get into drones. Thanx again for the awesome video. No way, yes we have harsh and beautiful winters but I love it here the most in the summer, so much to do, street festivals, concerts, parks, ball games, beaches, river cruising, lake dinner cruises, millennium park movies and concerts, Lincoln Park Zoo, rooftop parties, backyard bonfires, Navy Pier ,etc..
