So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. Day 5 after trying this and still absolutely no cravings for junk food!! I can sit and think about the chocolate, crisps etc in the cupboard and have no urge at all to go and eat them. What kind of magic is this? It's definitely making me try tapping for other issues now. Thank you so much Brad. You are my hero 💓💓

We all have an emotional connection to any addiction. If you can trace back to the first time you did it. What feeling did it create? What story did you make up about smoking. What did it give you.? What did it make you believe about yourself? Did it give you a sense of connection or belonging? Quitting may give you a fear of an emotional death., rejection, or disconnectedness. Dig deep to the beginning and start asking yourself questions. When you can address the deep emotional cause, you can break free. Be kind and gentle to yourself. I thankyou for making this about cravings and not about food. I'm trying to slow down on my marijuanna to at least one joint per day instead of 5. I did three yesterday with less cravings thanks to your help. Let's see what today holds. :)

filling the void from emotions -or dehydration---- mindless eating- immediate gratification often leads to a vicious cycle- tv commercials promoting pizza. . . . etc. Our bodies are out temples (mind/body/spirit) - I pray daily for self awareness & self care so that it makes me feel stronger, balanced which allows to reach out to others. See you next week. Housesitter/dogsitters in place. I'll be tapping with my 3 granddaughters- Thank you for all you do Brad- Have a splendid week xx the lines;))

Tapping seems to do more to me than just this. With tapping it seems I’m staying in the present moment throughout the day. It’s Like my mind doesn’t wonder as much. Does tapping do this naturally?

The last time I was doing these cravings EFT videos I quit sugar for 5 1/2 months and lost 50lbs in that time. Recently I had a cappachino and some bread and well the addiction has returned. However, I only gained 4lbs in 30 days since it returned but I just dont feel good drinking cappachinos, eating bad carbs, and taking in caffeine. I feel sick eating processed foods and sugar. So I'm going to remove this addiction again... although I can say this isnt even 5% as bad it was 5 1/2 months ago. Tapping really works. Thank you Brad!!

Your words make so much sense. I have been on so many diets,loose weight but I can't stick to it. Although I have more energy, feel better, look better, I always do back to old habits. I really am going to try this. Your videos got rid of my panic attacks,so now to be healthy..in my twenties and thirties I was a fittness freak and healthy,now in my fifties I'm fat, unfit and unhealthy.

Thanks so much Brad. I going to use this, changing the wording ever so slightly, to help me with cravings that stop me being 100% vegan. I do it for the animal kingdom and feel guilty when I succumb to my sweet tooth or share my dog’s chicken dinner, (ha ha). Anyway, I’ll get there eventually. Amazing session! I love this Brad! This was a nice well rounded long session to where it allowed the space for details of my cravings to surface. I was able to curtail my verbiage with yours so my tapping session could go even deeper through the details so your pace of speaking was spot on for that. I am grateful. Could I request one for clearing out some of that learned behavior that has been wired into my dna and on a cellular level? Do you have one for that and I am just not seeing. Namaste

Yes....I really hate that I rarely feel naturally motivated enough to accomplish the wonderful things in life that I would like, from having nice things to having love to whatever else is good in this life. I am a widow now for 12 years and honestly I have to push myself all the time to really get important things done. I want to feel motivated again naturally. So, that is what I absolutely hate about myself, that I stay stuck in an unmotivated state.

It may not be a lack of motivation... it may rather be an overabundance of resistance. But we rarely acknowledge that, so what we see as a lack of action looks like a lack of motivation. We are always running a cost-benefit analysis in our minds, and if, based on our old programming, the benefit of taking an action doesn't appear to outweigh the cost, it doesn't seem worth the effort. Because you suffered a great loss, there may be a part of you that says, "We have some ideas about things that sound great, but why risk having anything good that could be lost again?" Be compassionate with that part of you... and tap while negotiating allowance of more great things. As you clear resistance, your natural motivation will be more accessible. I hope that helps.

I'd love to see that as well. I've been fighting it for a while now, smoked heavily for 10 years now It's VERY hard to stop as i've built up a psychological addiction to it. It's funny how people think marijuana isn't addictive but those are the people who haven't smoked much in their lives so they wouldn't know or understand because for anyone who has smoked 5-10+ years.. it's becomes an addiction for almost all of them, period.

I recommend tapping on a daily basis, but you can experiment with tapping along with different videos. The key is to use this as a healthy way to deal with stress and other uncomfortable feelings, as opposed to trying to numb them with smoking, etc.

I'm addicted to sweets/sugar..as child mom said I was sickly🤔so she handed me bag of hard candy.looked like tiny pillow.peanut butter inside very crunchy n sweet.i did eat whole bag as she told me..there were many more bags to get hyper on.my brother told it that the would make sick..however with no tooth brush.not sure how long.i ended up with teeth ache.pain jumped into my ear..later.my teeth had to be.pulled..after yrs.im addicted to sugar/ sweets..ive also put on weight through.compulsive eating..this issue is from another mental trauma.another person.i ended up with ibs. weight gain..i finaly found EFT..i fell.hurt sacrum.i do tapping alot.found many who do.it..

I would like to know if you have a video to stop eating junk food. At home I eat perfectly, but as soon as I go out I eat all kinds of junk food! I am not having control! It's not that I craving for any type of food it just happen without thinking even if I am not hungry! And I always fell very bad after it happens! Please help me! God bless you! Thanks for all!

@@eeg122 I used tapping to help me quit smoking. It's been a year. It doesn't make the cravings go away instantly but it did help me change how I thought about them. At first, it just felt like something else to do. It did work for me. Good luck!

I used another eft tapping video but this is great. It worked along with switching to American spirits only. I suddenly felt sick anytime I tried to smoke after a couple of weeks. It’s been years now! And I was smoking a pack a day

shana schwartz your aligning your meridians or energy fields think about it -is it really anxiousness you feel or just more alertness and energy ? I too deal w sugar cravings and I know when I give in to them I feel depressed and tired which is what sugar does after the high . Eat a candy bar then have to lay down and take a nap. I have been doing EFT for only a week but 2x a day and I can only hope I start getting more energy and clear headedness so I can be more creative and really enjoy life free of addicting habits
