Loved this for my sixth graders. One suggestion is to have the music quieter. It's a bit distracting.

Wonderful . Much appreciation. I learned tapping years ago, now that I’m teaching crèche children yoga I’m going to teach them tapping 🤍✨🙌🏻 Thank you for your wonderful class. I love the animal references too 🤍✨🙌🏻

Well me as an adult also had great use of it :p but as long as they understand the words givin? :p i dunno haha but i do wanted to remind people of their own inner child

We've heard stories of parents using these techniques with their children of all ages. They just need to be able to understand where to tap. That's typically around 3, but we've heard of parents starting younger as well. :)
