This time, I will introduce the recipe of "Tara no Vegetable Ankake"!
A dish that is savoryly baked and sprinkled with Japanese-style ankake with plenty of vegetables 😊

■ Cooking time: 30 minutes
■ Materials (for 2 people)
・ Tara: 2 slices (220g)
・ Salt: A little ・ Potato starch: Appropriate amount ・ Carrot: 30g
・ Onions: 1/4 ・ Shiitake mushrooms: 2 ・ Salad oil: 4 tablespoons
An / water: 150cc
・ Dashi no Moto: 1/3 tbsp ・ Sake: 1 tbsp ・ Mirin: 1 tbsp ・ Sugar: 1/2 tbsp ・ Soy sauce: 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp ・ Grated grated: 1 tbsp 2 tablespoons, water-soluble kataguri powder: kataguri powder: 1/2 tablespoon, water: 1 tablespoon
Toppings and small onions: Appropriate amount
■ Preparation Cut onions into thin slices, carrots into thin slices, and shiitake mushrooms into thin slices.
■ How to make
1. Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces.
2. Sprinkle salt on the wipes and leave it for about 10 minutes to wipe off the water.
3. Sprinkle the potato starch on the whole and beat the excess flour.
4. Add salad oil (3 tablespoons) to a frying pan, heat on medium heat, bake until the whole cod is crispy, and remove to a plate.
5. Wipe off the oil from the frying pan, add salad oil (1 tablespoon), heat to medium heat, add onions, carrots, and wipes in that order and fry until tender.
6. Add the ingredients and let it boil for a while.
7. Turn off the heat and add water-soluble potato starch to thicken it.
8. Sprinkle a generous amount on the tara. Serve with small onions if you like.
■ Tips / Points ・ When grilling tara, if you grill it carefully without touching it too much, it will not easily crumble.

鱈は淡白でクセがないぶんお味のvariationが♡うふふ👍🎶豊富にできますよね。鱈は好物です。冬は棒鱈!これはたまらん旨さ👍お値段目ン玉飛び出る!(・・;)  その餡はお豆腐に。焼き魚、揚げ魚いろんなお料理にかけられますね♡餡もやっぱり餡さまと呼ばなくぢちゃ(笑)。
