Try Condy's Cystal (potassium permanganate) for the exema you put a tiny bit in the child's bath water and it clear their skin after a couple of baths with it. Ask for it at the pharmacy.

What you should try is limiting her options….say you can have chip or cookies and show her only those 2 options and let her choose. That’s what I did with my daughter otherwise we’d spend half the day in front of the fridge and pantry

My toddler is EXACTLY the same at the moment, literally turns his nose up at 95% of food he is offered. Its a nightmare but keep telling myself its just a phase..we hope 😅
