I love some of the things that she says. "I don't chase awards." I chase souls." I loved that. That just wowed me. This is why Taraji is one of my favorite actresses. The things she says are so inspiring. She is never afraid of being who she is and speaking her truth. And that moment when she nearly cried when she talked about her father...that was touching. Thank you, Taraji. I always want to see more of you. You have achieved so much and you never stop blowing me away. I love you so much.

This movie was beautiful and had strength and compassion. I truly hope this gets the credit it deserves, an action flick with a different type of lead actress outstanding. I'm Proud of Mary With all the garbage on Netflix and Amazon, this Movie should not be neglected.

I love Taraji, but she’s giving it to them way to real. They were not ready to receive that level of honesty, they are still mentally clouded. She is also going through a lot and is overwhelmed and needs to really work on releasing all the different energies that she takes on with the roles that she plays. She speaks her mind but she is so loud. I love her and support her to the end.

I live in London UK, we love Ms Taraji and will definitely support the movie but it's true about promotion. I go to the cinema twice a week on average & I've not seen one poster or trailer for Proud Mary. Once the film is realeased here I'm going to see it multiple times.

Don’t bite my head off. I love this woman and everything she’s played in. But the story in this movie wasn’t strong. It could have been a lot better if they worked more on the backstory with her character.

I LOVED this movie. smh. I don't understand the bad reviews; but then I do as well. Just listen at what she speaks of. Ive seen thrillers with male leads that were MUCH worse/less interesting than this, and they received rave reviews. Women - especially black ones have it SOOO hard. smh. Fight on Taraji.
