I was kinda annoyed when Disha Vakani left the show and didn’t want to come back, now I fully understand her. The environment and working hours on the set seem so toxic and hectic that these actors aren’t really happy working there!

This girl is courageous and was respectful throughtout this interview. Although she appears to be aggressive but she held back gracefully in this interview.

They got fame they got recognition on a huge level across entire Nation only because of their exceptional talent in them, they deserve respect and value. At no workplace, any one should treat employees, actors like this, they are there because of some reason, talent, skill. No doubt, this is why most of the prominent actors chose to leave the show despite getting known. It's because of the strong cast that the show managed to run 15 years despite being humiliated, tortured . Shocking to witness the level of hypocrisy in the show, for the audience it's the moral core values, harmony, peace, equality, and Within the tmkoc system, it's the opposite, when this show ends, surely more actors will come up and accept the same.
