Single Parents was great, seriously funny show, surprised it didn't get a 3rd season. Taran was one of the best parts of that show.

I had a crush on Michael in Smallville. He just comes across as intelligent. I love his comment about failure. It hurts more than rejection.

Adults aren't any better than kids when it comes to thinking they don't have to practice to get good at something. I teach watercolor, knitting, crochet, and have taught cooking, sewing and other subjects. I first learned this topics as a kid, practice all of them obsessively off and on, made tons of mistakes along the way and I'm as good as you expect as a middle aged person. Beginning students are shocked that they don't have a professional looking project on the first day. Then they fantasize about their next project, but don't bother to practice between classes, in spite of my urging that they do so.

Actors must have to get use to rejection as part of the job but on the other hand most of them go to therapy, could rejection be the cause of there anxiety/depression😵‍💫😞
