@@jaehyundestroyer It says to apply to damp hair, I do it after, mostly, unless my hair is really tangled and I need extra help detangling before I shower. But it's meant for after.

I love that elf concealer! I use the lightest shade possible just to highlight and brighten. It has pretty much 0 coverage but it’s really light weight it’s good for brightening
