ha ha .. mene bhi ek baar BSNL ko support karne ka try kiya tha. 3-4 saal pahele covid ke time me. Hum to BSNL ko support karna chahte hai lekin BSNL khud apane aap ko support nahi karna chahta. Bahod hi kharab network tha bhai. Data thik se sirf terrace pe aata hai. Aaj ka pata nahi lekin 3-4 saal pahele to pathetic service.

Anyone who are thinking to port their sim, I suggest you to port your secondary sim to BSNL. I switched to BSNL from my Airtel which i have been using since 2005. Please do not switch your primary sim card to BSNL. They still has a lot of work to do. My city has BSNL 4G that's the reason i switched but most of the cities do not have 4G services.

I am using BSNL for more than a year and i found a very good improvement in the bsnl network and also i also traveled from Pune to Varanasi. I found problems in BSNL in the running train but wherever my train stops i found if only bsnl 3G is available it's speed is more than others companies 4G at every place. Note : i am using 4g mobile so no carrier agrigation(4g+) available.

It takes 2 minutes in BSNL to download 50 MB of data. So porting to BSNL at this point of time is not worth it

Main 2008 se bsnl ka broadband use kar rha hoon, Pehle copper cable pe chlta tha ab optical fiber pe operate krta hai internet. Maine Bsnl Broadband ki speed ka 24 kbps se 100 mbps ka shift dekha hai, aur main satisfied hoon Maine jio ka free sim kabhi nhe liya tha mujhe yeh strategy kahin na kahi pta thi ki iska future kya hogha, aaj lagta hai ki sahi tha mera decision. Majority of people ne is baat ko nahi samjha isse liye aaj yeh problem face krne pad rhe hai.

Bsnl has employees are lazy and non friendly till now, in 80s they were taking 200 rs for connecting wire, and frequent wire cut were prevalent. Public still scared of bsnl.
