They are trying to be like EG and run the wild comps. But they aren't good enough to run and experiment with those wild comps. It's crazy NGL

@@j-s-m the difference is, EG's comp has a clear defined purpose for every of it's agent. NRG's is like making wild comp for sake of being wild, i mean like it's clear that clove's aggressiveness is more of situational than by default as shown by FPX and EG. yet NRG tried to make clove like purpose-built entryfragger. they also use deadlock as sole sentinel when it's better to combo it with cypher/viper and that it only works in certain map like lotus.

This "everyone" are set of different group of people. The ones who loudly screaming they want Demon1 back are the ones who defended him back then when he's in the roster. The ones who scream Demon1 are the problem back then are in silence cause they've proven to be wrong.

I feel like if they just had cypher on both of those maps half of those kills at both beginnings would of been solved, every single round you would just see a player sneak in garage, or just stay window, or a player always lurking of a half committed site and end up in their spawn

He did not practice his mechanics. Being a caller is fine, but you can't always lose duels on even footing like he does. At that point it's always a 4v5. Nowadays IGL's are also expected to hold their own.

⁠@@darkse1ddi feel like meta doesnt even matter when they dont even understand their own comp. The first map cannot have 2 smokes and deadlock. They needed to either commit to the deadlock comp, have one smoke another sentinel or no senti, double smokes and double intiators. You cant just do what they did and expect it to work. Second map was just an outdated comp and not utilizing the gekko comp. Idk why they switched off of the gekko comp when it can literally work for them
