with the captcha mechanic. The goal isn;t to get it right to tell if a bot the goal is to dictate the movement in a captcha screen. So when they look obviously at hidden/ unreachable honey pots it could trigger a ban.

They can deffenitly do more but they make money out of it you know... Maybe they starting to realise howmany legit players are leaving and this puts the whole game at jeopardy.

I think I legitimately came across something like that on lighthouse. The laptop in the tent on the tennis court had something somewhere but I went under the table and alll over the top and absolutely could not get it. The perception dot was full white so it was very close but there was absolutely no way to pick it up.

they should have completely random updates inputing fake loot spots with spawns all the time for every map

That's one of the best things they could do. We know this from Rust with the faked buried stashes, dumbasses will just go around looting people's stashes and set off the fake ones and admins know to just immediately ban them. Obviously it won't catch all of them but so many are caught every single day using stash esp.

i know one spot on customs that seems like a spot only a cheater can get the items from. All i can say is that its in 3 story dorms, first floor. Im not sure how many cheaters watch VBS or even read comments. but thats all im gonna give info about it. also the items are locked behind a door that doesnt have anything to interact with.

@@TheKalippp1 There are actually quite a few of these spots that people have found. For example some of the locked resort rooms on Shoreline have loot in them; legitimate players found them when there was a bug to get 'inside' the walls on the first floor and be in the "void" of unrendered textures but you could see out and still shoot people a few wipes ago. They saw that some of the rooms that were rendered (because you could either see through the window or the door was cracked open but unmovable) had loot in them. So we know it's possible for BSG to just flag those spots or something like that.

Dont they use grenades from that spot because it tells them if scavs have respawned in that area, and clears it so he knows he doesnt need to worry about it? thought that was a popular strat in all these tournaments

Honestly, why doesn't BSG just pop 1 or 2 invisible sniper scavs in sniper scav spawns, and whoever shoots them gets banned? Like, honestly, how hard is that to do? Those get domed right away each raid, cheaters wouldn't know not to laser beam them immediately. Real players wouldn't shoot an invisible sniper scav 300m in the air randomly. Manually check each ban to be sure? Lol. Cannot be that difficult..

It won’t do anything. The cheat programmers will simply tell the software/aim it to ignore those player scavs… Cheats work by injecting code into the game and can read a lot of code to. They’ll just see the code of that specific AI “sniperscav1228” and tell aimbot to avoid it

In regards to bsg supplied accounts, i have personally played in a discord LFG community tournament where we were supplied accounts from bsg. This was ~2 years ago, around the time of custom expansion wipe

There’s a couple of honeypots already, in dorms first floor there’s an unlootable room and intel folders spawn inside of a filing cabinet, also above the dead scav in cracked house, outside of Emerson extract beyond the boundaries of the map. Loot spawns in the bus

I know first floor of three story dorms if your coming from smugglers you can see loot through windows but are unable to reach them, I tried for a while but absolutely no way lol

I don't think there's anything too special about the accounts, I think it's just down to the fact that they're under a lot more scrutiny due to the tournament. They can (probably) look into any account this closely, they just pay extra attention with competitive events I guess.

Yo you know what would be funny as shit. If bsg put high value loot in a spot nobody knows about but put landmines or sniper scav around it. I don't know if a cheater could see danger like that but the loot would be in a spot where no player would go causing the cheater with loot views to run into the area.

Could add fake loot. Kind of like the anti-xray plugins in Minecraft would at least slow down loot/closest cheaters a lot forcing them play more blatant in order to progress leading to them banned more often so you don't have all these cheating goblins in every raid that only take the good loot, kill some pmcs, then leave while making themselves look "legit" even though they're complete shitters.

@@JCans i 100% agree but to me it seems, that streamers that are caught cheating often are not very charismatic and entertaining. It's very hard to change your personality to become likeable but it's pretty easy to download some cheats...

Great way they could ban alot of these cheaters I'd make lootable containers on the map that are not interactable by normal players like place them in the ground or like in a wall l. Then when the hacker uses the a long reach loot to get the items it flags their account.

If BSG banned him he would be cheating there not dumb, even if he didn't have his cheats on it probably detected cheats on his PC even if he wasn't using them which is still cheating. BSG does not have to explain them self they have there tactics and they know who's cheating don't worry

Attaching yourself to this dead ass cheater filled circa 2005 type game is a death knell to anyone trying to actually build a channel. Its one of the worst games ever made. Them refusing to make it F2P just guarantees it will never come back and its got to be one of the least fun intentional designs i've ever tried to play in all of video game existence. It feels like playing with your character in quick sand and the UI is like minesweeper but worse. The engine is utter garbage. You have to wait for the loot to load, after waiting for the loot to even spawn. So badly optimized its almost like they've never heard of the word optimize. The whole bans seem staged to try and appease the community or make it seem like they are doing something.

so with supplied accounts im sure its easier to track the dektop ip, they can then just log into there (the suspect) router and open port 445 (SMB) and view every file on that pc or connected devices. chances are those 2 guys where cheating or using a software and BSG detected it and banned them. Dont forget how much certain people will go out of their way to look "legit" completely avoiding fights, peeking angles that no one is at on purpose to throw you off. Another good Que is, a legit player is unsure of who is in the rooms/hallway infront of him so he will play cautious 24/7 (loot while looking at doors) silent walk randomly even when no one is actually there. But cheaters will generally just run carelessly until they get close to some one, There is something with them that makes them unable to actually full commit and "waste time" fake slow walking when they know someone is not going to be there if that makes sense.

BSG Supplied account contains a back door or Malware??? (Malware:- install of software which was not intended by end user) Edit: It is possible that we have agreed to something like this in the EULA that we accepted and didnt bother reading when first installing EFT.

The bsg supplied account is just a login to the launcher. It doesn’t download anything extra on your computer.

If you have never hacked, then you really wouldn't know what it would even look like. Some people are pretty skilled at acting completely oblivious, looking in the direction where people would likely pass through instead of staring at walls as they are looking for people across the map.I used to sell boosts, and my account wouldn't be banned until after 200 days.
