SJ12, its food and hydration in a stim. if you run out you hit that and you will be fine.

Also lowers body temperature so it’s good when people are running FLIR’s or thermal specs

honestly obdolbos 2 has a use case aka pop it then pop sj/trimadol for negating the nerfs but other than that its a huge debuff from a mule and even in the use case of obdolbos 2 + stam increasing stim then youre down about the same as a mule costs anyways
