I can't imagine the relief Carlos must have felt when he heard that "hey baby". Not just because TK is okay, but TK called him "baby" which assures him that TK still wants him.

(heavy breathing) "hey, baby. breathe, breathe." and then Carlos breaks into tears then the hug and the kiss! damn, i'm sobbing right now omg finally we got them back!!!

I actually like this hospital reunion scene more than the next scene where Carlos is covering Tk's eyes to surprise him about moving into his apartment, though Ronen said that's the sweetest Tarlos scene that most fans seem to agree. This hospital scene is gold. Tk telling Carlos to breathe, Carlos slowly accepting Tk's hand, Carlos arms around Tk. Everything is perfect♥️

Superb writing. The fact that TK could see the state Carlos was in and needed to be reminded to breathe is epic. And Rafael Silva’s performance was stunning. Unsure how many takes it took to capture the essence of Carlos’ response, but it was very moving.

From Carlos hopeful, shocked and overwhelmed look in the beginning full of love and fear for the man he still loves despite how he got hurt, the already classic TK post insury reaction to Carlos ("Hey Baby...") to TK reaching out to his man and telling him to breathe even though HE just got the tube removed to Carlos leaning down for the kiss and running his hand through TK's hair (not a violation anymore, he knows how much TK also wants it), them holding onto each other and then Carlos literally shielding TK from everything bad that is happening in the world... Wow! Gotta go grab some more tissues now.. Bye...

When he was awake 😭😭❤️❤️❤️🥲🥲 and the “hey baby” and the “breathe” 😭❤️❤️ This is one of my favourite scenes because he finally woke up and we didn’t have to worry anymore, viewers and Carlos ❤ And, when they are mad at each other, and one almost dies and finally wakes up, they are back together!! ❤❤

I LOVE this scene. This is one of the best scenes with these two for sure. The way that TK can barely even open his eyes but still reminds Carlos to breath because he can see that Carlos is freaking out a little bit. Carlos's moment of hesitation before taking TK's hand, it's like he is just making sure that that's okay to do. Then the way Carlos turns TK's face to kiss his cheek, and the way TK pulls Carlos's shirt to bring him closer. I just love the whole scene, these two love each other so much. I love this show because there is just so much love between the characters and the relationships they have with each other. The firehouse is a big family that protects and cares about each other, and then you have Owen and TK's father son relationship where they love and support each other. You have Grace and Judd and then you have TK and Carlos. It's all just like so wholesome and there is just so much love in this show. I love it.

Rafael is such a good actor, but damn especially in this whole montage. Just idk how but that gasp after TK told him to breathe hit so hard. Kind of reminds me of the whole "Yes Mr President" in The West Wing and "I am Groot" in Guardians of the Galaxy- so much emotion with so little words. Also the orchestration of everything coming together - the music, the editing, the camera angles (like especially when they took a moment to show TK gripping Carlos's shirt. Idk why but that hit HARD), the dialogue, their Body Language- was so well done and really made such a big impact.

the only thing this scene lacked in my opinion is a reunion where everybody comes to see TK after he woke up, but this was still a top notch scene one of my favorite scenes I've ever seen💕💕💕💕💕💕

This has to be one of the best scenes I've ever seen in my 54 years of watch a gay couple representation. If they don't have this couple marry by end of this season. It will be an injustice

What would've made this perfect scene even more perfect is while Carlos is standing with his mom in the doorway, filled with shock and hope, that TK's buddies were crowded behind Carlos, also watching with anticipation. Also, after the torture that Owen went through not knowing if TK would live or die, I feel cheated that there wasn't an emotional father/son reunion.

I watched this scene again TT Tk's "baby" means everything like "I still love you and never stopped loving u any second" and I can feel how carlos felt when he heard "baby" This scene is my best one in whole tarlos scene (but I am waiting for 313)

Carlos finally takes his hand, strokes his hair and places the tender kiss on his cheek that he has wanted to give so badly, probably thousands of times, desperately hoping for his awakening that has finally come. What a beauty in the delicacy of the hand of Carlos that takes the face of TK, still too weakened to maintain his head alone, and that turns it towards him to deposit the tender kiss of their reunion, and what is beautiful also, is the way in which TK that pulls towards him completely Carlos that wraps the head of TK in his powerful arms that gives life again to their so intense love. Carlos needed so much to surround him with all his physical presence because he missed TK's so much too and was so afraid of losing him forever. This is the beginning of their reconciliation where we can assume that they have regretted each other for having misread their expectations, but also forgiven because they love each other so much.
