Hands down my favorite show in YEARS!!!! What is Hip was done in 1999 by Solution Performance Ensemble, and I was obsessed with them as their show was so FUN. Tarpon is having FUN and setting standards with their talent. Floor, Props, Uniforms, Silks, The Band and their Performance level is incredible and spot on. LOVE IT!!! The quality of this video is awesome also!!! Here is Solution doing Tower of Powers "What Is Hip". Fun fact, instruments brought onto the floor in the winter guard world was put on the map because of Field of View in 1994! That year they used more percussion based instruments with pots and pans, definitely recommend watching the performance!! :D
