When he started his bodybuilding series, i subscribed him once again, earlier i was fed up with his ch*tiya content and thumbnail that's wht i unsubscribed him..... But his series of Transportation made me to subscribe once again.... And again i felt he is the same old tarun gill.... I unsubscribed him once again.... I unlike other people didn't even watch his channel videos even though many video is being made on him on his stupidity.....

Actual Thing is that He realized that You don't Need clenbuterol to burn the fat and to ramp up the metabolism through the roof but instead you can ramp up your metabolism by adding caffiene + by adding alot of simple sugars and fast food but one must keep in mind that Simple Sugars raise your glucose levels instantly but also crash them down instantly so to be able to follow this diet you must eat every hour or else you will start gaining fat and start losing muscle, so eat every hour in order to stop your cortisol from releasing + you will have to keep your adrenals healthy cause you are gaining a lot of muscle and burning a lot of fat at the same time so if you don't want your adrenals to crash then keep providing them with calcium,zinc and all types of vitamin b and salt on the daily basis. + keep in mind don't follow Tarun Gill's Diet unless you are able to afford 3 scoops of whey with every meal every hour.

Ustaad with due respect, more than quantitative calories qualitative calories matter a lot. For eg 100 calories of apple is not same as 100 calories of a cola as cola messes up your hormones too.
